Professional Care Recruitment
Triage has been working closely with the NHS since 2005 and delivers a NHS multi-disciplinary recruitment programme. By gaining hands on, ‘live’ work experience in many departments within the NHS, jobs in domestic, catering, porter, auxiliary nursing, phlebotomist and estates were secured through the programme by unemployed customers across Forth Valley, Fife, Tayside and Angus.
Transitions Programme
Designed to provide additional support to our 25 plus customers. A dedicated Adult Guidance Assessor and Trainer offers support to resolve or navigate your barriers to employment in a positive and empathetic one-to-one environment. A dedicated Employment Broker also helps you to consolidate your progress and access employment opportunities in the local labour market.
Condition Management Programme
Providing personalised support to manage their health condition has helped thousands of people in Scotland get back to work. In partnership with NHS Salus Occupational Health and Safety, Triage offers a Condition Management Programme
to add value to customers that need coping strategies to help manage their health conditions in the context of work and support their journey back to work.
