About us
‘Good actions give strength to ourselves and inspire good actions in others’
Plato
The origin of the word triage stems from the old French noun meaning quality. Today it is used in military and healthcare arenas to prioritise need. It was from those seeds that Triage Central’s founder, Kate Carnegie, created the roots of a business in 1998 that has grown to be one of the most successful in its field by taking action to make people a priority.
A pioneer in meaningful DiagNostic Assessment (DNA), Triage has created a powerful blueprint that inspires and supports individuals to take action to move out of unemployment and into work.
By treating everyone as an individual and respecting their needs - throughout the journey towards employment - Triage has achieved one the highest success rates in the country and has gained a place at the forefront of the Government’s Welfare to Work Agenda.
Nourished by Kate’s genuine respect for all human beings and her determination to make a difference, Triage is an inspiring company that inspires action. Triage acts as a bridge between individuals and employers to encourage shared responsibility in the drive towards creating a more sustainable and socially just society.
