Making Every Day Work
The Government is committed to fighting poverty; supporting the most vulnerable and helping people break the cycle of benefit dependency. As a result it has made significant reforms to the welfare-to-work programmes available to Jobcentre Plus customers.
The Work Programme represents a step change for Welfare to Work in this country, creating a structure that treats people as individuals and allows providers greater freedom to tailor the right support to the individual needs of each customer.
Across various regions of Scotland and the North of England the programme is delivered by Triage on behalf of Working Links and Ingeus, to provide support, training and job opportunities to help people in receipt of benefits progress back into work.
Triage has consistently achieved one of the highest success rates in the country through innovative approaches to employment and training that works for individuals and companies.
